In the Langhe area you can be part of a wide variety of food experiences; from truffle hunting with a local expert and his dogs looking for the unique Alba White Truffle, to a cooking class where you can learn the secrets of our gastronomy.
The Langhe are undoubtedly the most important area in the world concerning truffles, specifically the White Truffle of Alba. The search of this precious mushroom is entrusted to “trifulai”, mythological figures accompanied by trusty dogs that explore the woods to find these precious gems. We offer the opportunity to live this experience in first person, becoming “trifulao” for a day! From late September to December the protagonist is the White Truffle of Alba, while during the rest of the year you can find Winter/Summer Black Truffle. You will have the opportunity to discover the places and the characters that make the White Truffle the king of gastronomy worldwide.

Piedmont has a great culinary tradition, which is still carried on by the many local “trattorie”. We offer you the chance to steal the secrets of local cuisine directly from its best interpreters. You will have the opportunity to cook with your hands a typical Piedmontese menu and tasting some wines from the region in the while. From fresh pasta, to the fantastic meat, finishing with rich desserts, you can become experts of the gastronomy of the Langhe; you will also have a little less nostalgia for this fantastic area preparing these recipes at home to your friends!
