“I would like to say my life has been a journey in flavours, growing up in a kitchen, studying Gastronomic Science and working in one of Italy’s best restaurants”
Born and raised outside Milan, my passion for food and wine started at home with my family; I spent a lot of time cooking with my mum and sharing a bottle of wine with my grandfather. In 2011 I took my degree in Gastronomic Science at the University of Parma, Italy. When finished I continued my studies and took a Master in Marketing of local Italian food and wine, in 2012. During my studies I had the opportunity to have an internship at one of the best Italian restaurants Piazza Duomo ***Michelin, in Alba, Piedmont. There I have spent three years working as a Head Waiter.
I founded Langaround because I would now love to share my knowledge and help others discover Langhe; here the beauty of the landscape and the know-how of the locals come together to create an unique Terroir.
